These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mess My Stream ("the Software"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are permitted to download, install, and use the basic features of the Software on a single device running Windows 10 or Windows 11 at no charge. No license is required for basic use.
To access all functionalities of the Software, a one-time paid license must be purchased.
The premium license can be deactivated and transferred to another device but may only be active on one device at any given time. To request a license transfer, please contact us at [email protected] or via our Discord support channel. License transfers are subject to approval.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
Circumvent any security features or the license activation system of the Software.
Use the Software in any way that violates Twitch's Terms of Service or any applicable laws.

Sufficient system resources to run streaming software
The Software integrates with Twitch's API services.
The Software uses LimeLM for license management.
These services are subject to their respective privacy policies.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Mess My Stream. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. This refund policy is handled through Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. All transactions and refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's terms of service.
Time Frame: The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Purchase Source: The purchase must have been made through our authorized payment processor, Paddle.
One-Time Refund: One refund per customer per license.

Non-Transferable: Refunds are only available to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.
All intellectual property rights in the Software are owned by Mess My Stream. This includes all content, features, and functionality.
A remote connection is used solely to verify your license and communicate with Twich's API.
Google Analytics and LimeLM are used as described above.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mess My Stream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of or relating to your use of the Software.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mess My Stream regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements.
